UA Crew, Inc. is a parent run organization that receives minimal funding from the school. As a result, the rower’s families must pay for travel, lodging, equipment and coaching out of pocket and through fund raising opportunities. While we believe we do a good job of covering the basic expenses, additional equipment and supplies are always needed by the team. Any level of support we receive is greatly appreciated. These are our specific equipment needs at this time.
