  1. When asked for user name and password in the floating box,
    put in the name and password that is used to access
    the "Team and Parents Only" section of the website.
  2. You must NEXT enter your signup account name and password
    discussed at Team Info Night
    (you will need to create an account with a user name and password if your child did not row Fall 2009)
    in the boxes that will appear on the left portion of the web page.

General Online Sign Up Info:

This Online Signup system has been developed to make signing up easier for both the parents and for the volunteers who handle the large number of required forms. This means you will be learning a new method when you initially sign up, but updating these forms in upcoming seasons will be a snap. We have created the following explicit document to help guide you through the process step by step. (Of course volunteers will happy to answer any questions that may arise).

SIGN UP is to be COMPLETED BY A PARENT who is logged in to the parent’s account NOT THE ROWER.

New Rowers and 08 Rowers (all who need to make a new account)--

(if one sibling rowed in Fall09 but the other did not:
the Parent’s and Fall09 Rower’S accounts will be in the database
and only the account that needs to be made is for the 08 Rower)

The online signup process needs for you to be able to review documents so you can then electronicially authorize the documents which is legally the same as if you signed the documents. All of the documents are in the form of PDFs so you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. If you do not have it yet, click on the link below and download it according to the directions.

Each form to be processed should appear as a PDF Popup when you click a "preview" button during the signup process. All browsers except Internet Explorer allow you to see these PDF’s (as long as you have not blocked popups from uacrew). Internet Explorer’s default settings do not allow access to these documents. Here are instructions on how to fix that:
