Because the Cleveland course is known to be a curvy course, the team takes Varsity boats only so that the coxswains have a bit more experience in navigating the twists and turns. And they did a great job! UA boats bring home medals including:
Women's open 8 - silver (against collegiate competition!)
Men's v8 - gold
Men's v4 - Silver
Men's 2v4 - Silver
