Viewing Information

• Races may be observed from the Eastside riverbanks and walks. Please note: Umbrellas, Canopies and Tents are prohibited in the immediate Regatta Viewing area but may be erected North of the Fishinger Street Bridge. Best viewing is from the Tent City site on top of Lashutka Event Center hill (last 1300m of racing visible). Additional viewing is available along the east shore south of Fishinger Rd bridge. Due to safety concerns from the police, no standing or observing of the races will be allowed from the Fishinger Road Bridge or from the private property along the West side riverbanks.
   

• Finish line is located on the East Side of the Scioto across from the Scioto Boat Club. Cowbells, Horn or Noisemakers of any sort are prohibited. 
   

• DRONE POLICY: THE OPERATION OF PRIVATE DRONES ARE PROHIBITED AT GRIGGS METRO PARK. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THERE TO BE ANY DRONES OPERATED BY ANYONE ASSOCIATED BY YOUR TEAM DURING RACE WEEKEND. ANY TEAM FOUND IN VIOLATION WILL BE EXCLUDED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE REGATTA."

• Fine Designs will be onsite with Official Regatta Wear designed by an UA Crew team athlete.

• Results will be posted online via Crew Timer
   

• First-aid provided by OSU's Athletic Trainers and will be located in the Shelter house near the Recovery Dock with EMS on standby.   

​

• The Haxton Hospitality Suite, Regatta Information, and Lost & Found are located at the Lashutka Event Center.
   

•  The Haxton Regatta organizers, UA Crew and City of Columbus are all committed to working towards a greener environment for us all. You will find recycling containers beside all the trash receptacles throughout the venue.  Please take a moment to put any recyclables in the provided containers instead of tossing them into the trash.
